Boulder Country Day School
Boulder Country Day School (BCDS) has a very nice graphically designed website. The website also provides comprehensive content for both current and prospective parents to find out more about the school and what it has to offer their child. The BCDS implements basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) through the use of keywords. However, many SEO techniques were not being used. The BCDS website did an “okay” job of reaching potential new parents; however BCDS had not focused on optimizing the end-to-end lead generation process. This tactical approach has given them some wins with front-page search engine rankings, however BCDS did not know if they had a positive or negative Return on Investment (ROI) from their efforts. BCDS was not actively tracking leads as they moved through the process from initial contact through attendance at an open house. BCDS wished to accurately track leads through the process and understand their drop-off rates at each step. Knowing how leads convert at each stage in the process, tenables them to create better strategic outreach programs at each stage of the process to convert more leads. BCDS wished to improve in all of these areas.
