Confio needed a customer-focused, results-oriented team who know how to make that happen for their customers.

TriCalyx was asked to build the Confio Support Center. The application needed to be secure, provide quick access to downloads and be able to evolve quickly as Confio’s support needs grew. TriCalyx was also asked to manage creation and publication of Confio’s monthly newsletter that provides fresh, and up-to-the minute relevant information regarding database and application performance management.
